Dental prosthetics deals with the replacement of lost teeth and soft tissue in the oral cavity.

The maximum comfort for the patient is achieved with fixed prostheses like classic bridges, implants or bridges that need minimal intervention on tooth’s surface like various inlay bridges. A good indication is very important for choosing the best prosthetic solution in terms of function, aesthetics and cost.
Fine aesthetics of the front worn-out teeth are best accomplished by zirconium or metal-free ceramic crowns and bridges. These prostheses have the appearance and color of real teeth and over time there is no possibility of unattractive dark screening at the edge of the gingiva. They are a good choice for correcting the color and shape of consumed, devitalized teeth, teeth with numerous fillings, discolored teeth, small and slightly rotated teeth.
Removable prostheses nowadays, with the use of thinner metal skeleton and internal invisible clasps, are much more comfortable for the patient, and aesthetically not much inferior to most fixed prostheses. Removable dentures and bridges can be additionally attached with clasps or screws embedded in bone implants.
